Groton To Keep Bible on Town Seal

A petition warrant article at Town Meeting in Groton seeking a committee to study the town seal failed. One resident whose family has lived in the northern Massachusetts town for hundreds of years said:  “There are those amongst us who would like to introduce change. To them I say:  Go to hell.”
