New Hampshire Gives Planned Parenthood HIV Contract

The $275,000 grant to Planned Parenthood of Northern New England is supposed to fund an early intervention program for people at risk of HIV infection. An abortion clinic in Concord, New Hampshire also got a $165,000 grant for the same purpose, approved by the state’s Executive Council.
