Vermont To Allow State Park Camping In Late June

May 16, 2020

Camping in state parks will not be allowed in Vermont until June 25, The Burlington Free Press reports.

Any reservations made to camp in a state park before June 25 will be cancelled and refunds will be issued in the form of gift certificates.

In total, Vermont has 57 state parks. Of those, 39 offer camping. Additionally, 16 others have overnight lodging in either cabins or cottages.

Non-residents will be able to visit state parks in Vermont, but they are supposed to self-quarantine for 14 days before they are allowed to do that, under the new rules.
